If you still need to return a product, here is the relevant information:
Product Returns
You have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
The product should not have been used
OR its original packaging must remain intact, without damage or alterations.
The product it must not have been washed or modified in any way.
All labels/tags of the product must be in place.
The return must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
The product should carefully packaged, to protect it from damage during transport.
The return cost is borne by the customer, unless it is a defective product (see below).
Sleeping pillows and protective mattress or pillow covers are excluded from the return policy for hygiene reasons.

Returns of Defective Products
If you receive a product with manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment, we assume responsibility the entire return cost.
The return of defective products is carried out exclusively with the ELTA Courier company and at our expense.
No other shipping method will be accepted for returns without prior arrangement.
To facilitate the process, you can send us relevant photo of the defect in info [at] klotsotiras.gr.
Refund or Replacement
Upon completion of the return, you can choose:
Credit the amount to your account for a future purchase
Refund using the same payment method
Sending a new, correct/non-defective product
Return address
